AN ACT

To amend chapter 8, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to prohibiting certain animals inside the state capitol building.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 8, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 8.055, to read as follows:

            8.055. No animals, other than service dogs, as defined in section 209.200, and other service animals, shall be permitted inside the state capitol building.
