AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial highway.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.512, to read as follows:

            227.512. The portion of Route 94 in Callaway County from one mile east of Route D to the intersection of U.S. 54 shall be designated the "AMVETS Memorial Highway". Costs for such designation shall be paid by private donation.
