AN ACT

To amend chapter 32, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to tax credit reporting.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 32, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 32.390, to read as follows:

            32.390 1. All state agencies and departments authorized to issue a tax credit permitted under title X, RSMo, shall compile and deliver to the Department of Revenue an annual report detailing all credits issued, outstanding, or redeemed in the preceding taxable year by no later than January fifteenth of the succeeding taxable year.

            2. The director of the department of revenue shall aggregate the submitted reports and deliver to the speaker of the house and the president pro tem of the senate a comprehensive list of all tax credits issued, outstanding, or redeemed in the state for the preceding taxable year by no later than March fifteenth of the succeeding taxable year.
