AN ACT

To repeal section 337.503, RSMo, and to enact in lieu thereof one new section relating to discrimination in promulgation of regulations for certain health care professionals.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Section 337.503, RSMo, is repealed and one new section enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as section 337.503, to read as follows:

            337.503. No official, employee, board, commission, county, municipality, school district, agency of the state, or any other political subdivision thereof shall discriminate between persons licensed under sections 337.500 to 337.540 and persons licensed under chapters 334 and 337 when promulgating regulations or when requiring or recommending services that legally may be performed by persons licensed under sections 337.500 to 337.540, and by persons licensed under chapters 334 and 337.
