1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Isaac Charles Loch for earning the rank of Eagle Scout.
1.3WHEREAS, the Eagle Scout rank is the highest rank earned in the Boy Scouts of America;
1.4and
1.5WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle Scout in Scouts BSA is an important achievement
1.6that is worthy of recognition; and
1.7WHEREAS, Isaac Charles Loch is a member of the Boy Scouts of America and has displayed
1.8the attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.9WHEREAS, Isaac has demonstrated mastery of all Scouting skills, has completed a
1.10community service project, which involved restoration of two Marian statues, and has fulfilled all
1.11other requirements necessary to attain the rank of Eagle Scout; and
1.12WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor will be held on February 23, 2020, at Maple Lake;
1.13and
1.14NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that it
1.15congratulates Isaac Charles Loch for attaining the rank of Eagle Scout.
1.16BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.17copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.18Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Isaac Charles Loch.
