1.1A Senate resolution
1.2congratulating Phillip Mclaughlin Cullinane of Rochester, Minnesota, for
1.3receiving the Eagle Award.
1.4WHEREAS, the Eagle Award is the highest award given by the Boy Scouts of America; and
1.5WHEREAS, attaining the rank of Eagle in the Boy Scouts is an important achievement
1.6that is worthy of recognition; and
1.7WHEREAS, Phillip Mclaughlin Cullinane is a member of Boy Scouts of America and has
1.8displayed the attributes of a responsible and serving member; and
1.9WHEREAS, he has demonstrated mastery of all scouting skills and completed a
1.10community service project, which involved building Leopold benches at Cascade Meadows; and
1.11WHEREAS, an Eagle Court of Honor will be held; and
1.12NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota that
1.13it congratulates Phillip Mclaughlin Cullinane of Rochester, Minnesota, for receiving the Eagle
1.14Award.
1.15BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare a
1.16copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the Chair of the
1.17Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Phillip Mclaughlin Cullinane.
