1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. RECIPROCITY AGREEMENT EXEMPTION; HENDRICKS.
1.6Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 124D.04, subdivision 6, paragraph
1.7(b); 124D.041, subdivision 3, paragraph (b); and 124D.05, subdivision 2a, the provisions
1.8of Minnesota Statutes, section 124D.041 and the agreement shall not apply to Independent
1.9School District No. 402, Hendricks.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for the 2013-2014 school year and
1.11later.
