1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT CENTER.
1.6$950,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the workforce development fund
1.7to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the African
1.8Development Center for job and entrepreneur training and financial literacy programs in
1.9the following communities: St. Cloud, Willmar, Mankato, and Rochester.
