1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 256B.0625, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 60. Services provided by registered naturopathic doctors. Medical
1.9assistance covers services provided by registered naturopathic doctors when provided
1.10within the scope of practice identified in chapter 147E.
1.3provided by registered naturopathic doctors;amending Minnesota Statutes 2010,
1.4section 256B.0625, by adding a subdivision.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
