1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; HOMELESS YOUTH ACT.
1.6$4,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human
1.7services in fiscal year 2015 for purposes of the Homeless Youth Act under Minnesota
1.8Statutes, section 256K.45. This appropriation is available until expended.
