1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 124D.135, subdivision 1, is amended to
1.7read:
1.8 Subdivision 1. Revenue. The revenue for early childhood family education
1.9programs for a school district equals$112 for fiscal year 2007 and $120 for fiscal year
1.102008 and later times the ratio of the basic formula allowance under section 126C.10,
1.11subdivision 2, for the current year to the basic formula allowance for fiscal year 2013,
1.12times the greater of:
1.13 (1) 150; or
1.14 (2) the number of people under five years of age residing in the district on October 1
1.15of the previous school year.
1.16EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for revenue for fiscal years 2014
1.17and later.
