1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. FACILITIES.
1.5Notwithstanding the specified uses of state general obligation bond proceeds
1.6appropriated in Laws 1998, chapter 404, section 5, subdivision 5; Laws 1999, chapter 240,
1.7article 1, section 3; and Laws 2005, chapter 20, article 1, section 5, subdivision 3, the
1.8facilities owned by the Joint Powers District No. 6067, East Metro Integration District, in
1.9Woodbury, known as the Crosswinds School, may be conveyed to Independent School
1.10District No. 833, South Washington County, for any public educational use.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
