1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; PARKS AND TRAILS FUND.
1.6$....... is appropriated in fiscal year 2014 from the parks and trails fund to the
1.7commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Grant County for acquisition and
1.8improvements for a trail from the city of Elbow Lake to Pomme de Terre Lake. This is a
1.9onetime appropriation and is available until spent.
