1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.5$120,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $120,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated from
1.6the general fund to the Board of Water and Soil Resources for grants to Area II Minnesota
1.7River Basin Projects for floodplain management.
