1.2relating to education; repealing the January 15 deadline by which school districts

1.4repealing Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 123B.05.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. REPEALER.
1.7Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 123B.05, is repealed.
1.8EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment
1.9and applies to all collective bargaining agreements entered into or modified after that date.
1.3must reach a collective bargaining agreement or face a state aid penalty;
