1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; MENTAL HEALTH PILOT PROJECT.
1.6$460,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of human
1.7services, for the biennium beginning July 1, 2013, for a grant to the Zumbro Valley Mental
1.8Health Center. The grant shall be used to implement a pilot project to test an integrated
1.9behavioral health care coordination model. The grant recipient must report measurable
1.10outcomes and savings to the commissioner of human services by January 15, 2016.
