1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

1.6    Section 1. [641.055] JAILER INJURIES; REPORT TO BUREAU OF CRIMINAL
1.7APPREHENSION.
1.8A sheriff shall furnish to the division of criminal statistics in the Bureau of Criminal
1.9Apprehension a report for each incident that results in a job-related injury to a jailer
1.10employed by the sheriff.
