1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION, BLENDER PUMP GRANTS.
1.6$200,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $200,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
1.7from the general fund to the commissioner of agriculture for biofuel blender pump grants
1.8awarded through the agricultural growth, research, and innovation program in Minnesota
1.9Statutes, section 41A.12. The commissioner may reimburse owners of gasoline service
1.10stations for up to 75 percent of the total cost to install a biofuel blender pump, including the
1.11tank and any related components, up to a maximum of $20,000 per pump. Notwithstanding
1.12Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.28, this appropriation is available until expended.
