1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Laws 2006, chapter 257, section 2, the effective date, as amended by Laws
1.72011, First Special Session chapter 7, article 3, section 17, is amended to read:
1.8EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for sales and purchases after June 30,
1.92006, and before July 1, 2015.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.

1.4as amended.
