1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. [415.20] MOTOR VEHICLE FUEL PAYMENTS.
1.6No local unit of government may criminalize or restrict the sale of motor fuel based
1.7upon the method of purchase agreed to by the seller and purchaser. Local regulation
1.8inconsistent with this section is void.
1.9EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
