1.2relating to game and fish; making the free deer license for disabled veterans
1.3permanent;amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 97A.441, subdivision 6.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 97A.441, subdivision 6, is amended to
1.6read:
1.7 Subd. 6. Taking deer; disabled veterans. A person authorized to issue licenses
1.8must issue, without a fee, a permanent license to take deer with firearms or by archery
1.9to a resident that is a veteran, as defined in section197.447 , and that has a 100 percent
1.10service connected disability as defined by the United States Veterans Administration
1.11upon being furnished satisfactory evidence.
