1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. SECRETARY OF STATE; HELP AMERICA VOTE ACT.
1.6$1,425,000 is appropriated to the secretary of state from the account established in
1.7Minnesota Statutes, section 5.30, pursuant to the Help America Vote Act, for the purposes
1.8and uses authorized by federal law.
