1.2relating to liquor; authorizing an on-sale license in Brooklyn Park.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. BROOKLYN PARK.
1.5Notwithstanding any law or ordinance to the contrary, the city of Brooklyn Park
1.6may issue an on-sale intoxicating liquor license to a wedding event center located at 9500
1.7West River Road North.
1.8EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective upon compliance with Minnesota
1.9Statutes, section 645.021.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
