1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.5$25,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the general fund to the commissioner
1.6of natural resources for a grant to the Todd County Park and Trail Board to install a 40-foot
1.7fishing pier at Battle Point Park on Lake Osakis. The money is available until expended.
