1.2relating to public health; reducing human exposure to arsenic; prohibiting sale

1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. [25.385] ARSENIC ADDITIVES IN CERTAIN MEAT PRODUCTS.
1.7Chickens or other poultry or pigs that have been fed with feed containing roxarsone
1.8or any other additive that contains arsenic must not be sold or purchased live or in
1.9processed form in Minnesota for any use including sale in retail stores and use in
1.10restaurants or fast food establishments.
