1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. [62Q.022] HEALTH EXCHANGE PROHIBITED.
1.7No American Health Benefit Exchange within the meaning of that term in the federal
1.8Affordable Care Act shall be created, operate, or exist in this state.
1.9EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
