1.3residential provider; amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 256I.05,

1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 256I.05, subdivision 1n, is amended to
1.7read:
1.8 Subd. 1n. Supplemental rate; Mahnomen County. Notwithstanding the
1.9provisions of this section, for the rate period beginning July 1,2010, to June 30, 2011, a
1.10county agency shall negotiate a supplemental service rate in addition to the rate specified
1.11in subdivision 1, not to exceed $753 per month or the existing rate, including any
1.12legislative authorized inflationary adjustments, for a group residential provider located in
1.13Mahnomen County that operates a 28-bed facility providing 24-hour care to individuals
1.14who are homeless, disabled, chemically dependent, mentally ill, or chronically homeless.
