SENATE BILL NO. 921

A bill to repeal 2011 PA 297, entitled

"Public employee domestic partner benefit restriction act,"

(MCL 15.581 to 15.585).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. The public employee domestic partner benefit restriction act, 2011 PA 297, MCL 15.581 to 15.585, is repealed.
