SENATE BILL No. 767

 

 

February 9, 2016, Introduced by Senators O'BRIEN, KNOLLENBERG, PROOS, PAVLOV, HILDENBRAND and MARLEAU and referred to the Committee on Education.

 

 

 

     A bill to repeal 1964 PA 44, entitled

 

"An act to authorize the state board of control for vocational

education to accept federal funds as provided under the provisions

of federal law,"

 

(MCL 395.31 to 395.34).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. 1964 PA 44, MCL 395.31 to 395.34, is

 

repealed.
