SENATE BILL No. 758

 

 

February 9, 2016, Introduced by Senators COLBECK, KNOLLENBERG, PROOS, PAVLOV, HILDENBRAND and MARLEAU and referred to the Committee on Education.

 

 

 

     A bill to repeal 1964 PA 28, entitled

 

"An act to transfer the powers, duties and functions of the state

board of control for vocational education to the state board of

education,"

 

(MCL 395.21).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. 1964 PA 28, MCL 395.21, is repealed.
