SENATE BILL NO. 679
A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled
"The code of criminal procedure,"
by amending sections 13n and 16p of chapter XVII (MCL 777.13n and 777.16p), section 13n as amended by 2023 PA 63 and section 16p as amended by 2008 PA 467.

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days after the date it is enacted into law.
Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No. 681 of the 102nd Legislature is enacted into law.
