SENATE BILL No. 606

 

 

October 3, 2017, Introduced by Senator MARLEAU and referred to the Committee on Transportation.

 

 

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

 

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

 

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 14a.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 14a. The bridge on Polly Ann Trail over highway M-24 in

 

the village of Oxford shall be known as the "Larry Obrecht Bridge".

 

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.
