SENATE BILL NO. 481

(As Amended February 1, 2018)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

 

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

 

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 16a.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 16a. The portion of highway US-10 [located in Midland County]

beginning at the

 

intersection with [North] Stark Road and extending west to [North West

] River Road shall

 

be known as the "Marine Lance Corporal Ryan Burgess Memorial

 

Highway".

 

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.
