SENATE BILL No. 467

 

 

June 15, 2017, Introduced by Senators YOUNG, JONES, KNEZEK, HOOD and HORN and referred to the Committee on Transportation.

 

 

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

 

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

 

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 13a.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 13a. The portion of Woodward Avenue in the city of

 

Detroit between Montcalm Street and East Adams Avenue shall be

 

known as the "Mike Ilitch Boulevard".

 

     Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days

 

after the date it is enacted into law.
