A bill to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled
"State license fee act,"
(MCL 338.2201 to 338.2277) by adding section 33.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
1 Sec. 33. Fees for a person licensed or seeking licensure as a
2 security guard agency under article 14A of the occupational code,
3 MCL 339.1421 to 339.1443, are as follows:

Application processing fees............. $250.00. |

|
(b) |
License fees, per year................... 500.00. |
6 Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect January
7 1, 2018.
1 Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect
2 unless all of the following bills of the 99th Legislature are
3 enacted into law:
4 (a) Senate Bill No. 186.
