February 6, 2013, Introduced by Senators CASPERSON, WALKER, JONES, BRANDENBURG, COLBECK, EMMONS, BOOHER, GREEN, PROOS, HANSEN, HILDENBRAND, SCHUITMAKER and MOOLENAAR and referred to the Committee on Appropriations.

 

 

 

     A bill to amend 1984 PA 431, entitled

 

"The management and budget act,"

 

(MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594) by adding section 353g.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 353g. Notwithstanding any other provision of this act,

 

for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2013, there is

 

appropriated and transferred from the fund the sum of

 

$30,000,000.00 to the department of natural resources for the

 

purpose of dredging waterways to improve navigability.
