     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

 

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

 

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 12c.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 12c. The portion of highway M-89 in the city of Fennville

 

beginning at the intersection with 56th Street and extending west

 

to the intersection with 58th Street shall be known as the "Patty

 

Birkholz Way".
