HOUSE BILL NO. 6181

A bill to amend 1953 PA 232, entitled

"Corrections code of 1953,"

(MCL 791.201 to 791.285) by adding section 7b.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 7b. If the department of corrections maintains a database of publicly available information regarding prisoners, the department of corrections shall, each week, provide the database to the unemployment agency in a format that allows the unemployment agency to search the database.

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 6182 (request no. 03457'21) of the 101st Legislature is enacted into law.
