A bill to repeal 1919 PA 418, entitled

"An act to provide for the manufacture and sale of black pepper, white pepper, red pepper, cloves and nutmegs, and to provide a penalty for the violation of this act,"

(MCL 289.521 to 289.526).

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. 1919 PA 418, MCL 289.521 to 289.526, is repealed.
