by repealing section 1766 (MCL 380.1766).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Section 1766 of the revised school code,

 

1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1766, is repealed.
