HOUSE BILL NO. 5610

A bill to amend 1979 PA 94, entitled

"The state school aid act of 1979,"

(MCL 388.1601 to 388.1896) by adding section 18d.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 18d. By not later than January 15, 2022, and by not later than January 15 each year thereafter, the department of treasury shall issue a report to the house and senate appropriations subcommittees on school aid that includes a breakdown of credits made to the state school aid fund under each of the following sections of law that would otherwise, as described in those sections, have been disbursed to or retained by an intermediate district that receives state aid under section 56 or 62 or both sections 56 and 62:

(a) Section 21b of the enterprise zone act, 1985 PA 224, MCL 125.2121b.

(b) Section 10 of the obsolete property rehabilitation act, 2000 PA 146, MCL 125.2790.

(c) Section 11 of 1974 PA 198, MCL 207.561.

(d) Section 12 of the commercial redevelopment act, 1978 PA 255, MCL 207.662.

(e) Section 12 of the technology park development act, 1984 PA 385, MCL 207.712.

(f) Section 9 of the neighborhood enterprise zone act, 1992 PA 147, MCL 207.779.

(g) Section 10 of the commercial rehabilitation act, 2005 PA 210, MCL 207.850.

(h) Section 154 of the general property tax act, 1893 PA 206, MCL 211.154.

(i) Section 5 of the tax reverted clean title act, 2003 PA 260, MCL 211.1025.

(j) Section 51109 of the natural resources and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.51109.

(k) If House Bill No. 4833 of the 101st Legislature is enacted into law, section 9 of the qualified heavy equipment rental personal property specific tax act.
