A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

by amending section 82133 (MCL 324.82133), as added by 1995 PA 58.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 82133. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this part, a person who violates this part is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.

(2) A person who displays a registration decal or trail permit sticker on a snowmobile at a location other than as required by this part or a rule promulgated under this part is responsible for a state civil infraction and may be ordered to pay a civil fine of not more than $150.00.
