HOUSE BILL NO. 5520

A bill to amend 1967 PA 150, entitled

"Michigan military act,"

(MCL 32.501 to 32.851) by adding section 310a.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 310a. (1) The adjutant general shall petition the President of the United States for a waiver of the requirement that members of the Michigan National Guard must become vaccinated against COVID-19.

(2) As used in this section, "COVID-19" means SARS-CoV-2 or a virus mutating from SARS-CoV-2.
