A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2091) by adding section 104.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 104. The portion of highway M-120 in Muskegon County between E. Bard Road and 4th Street shall be known as the "Deputy Ernest W. Heikkila Memorial Highway".
