HOUSE BILL NO. 5275

A bill to amend 1976 PA 388, entitled

"Michigan campaign finance act,"

(MCL 169.201 to 169.282) by adding section 44a.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 44a. If a candidate is required to pay a late filing fee under the public officers financial disclosure act or the candidate for office financial disclosure act, the candidate committee that supports the candidate may make an expenditure to pay the fee.

Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 102nd Legislature are enacted into law:

(a) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 5272 (request no. 03667'23).

(b) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 5274 (request no. 04698'23).

(c) Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 5273 (request no. 04733'23).
