HOUSE BILL NO. 5230
A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled
"The Michigan penal code,"
(MCL 750.1 to 750.568) by adding section 310h.
the people of the state of michigan enact:
Sec. 310h. This chapter does not apply to gaming conducted under the Michigan Gaming Control and Revenue Act, 1996 IL 1, MCL 432.201 to 432.226.
