HOUSE BILL No. 5148

 

November 3, 2011, Introduced by Rep. Lori and referred to the Committee on Regulatory Reform.

 

     A bill to amend 1980 PA 299, entitled

 

"Occupational code,"

 

by repealing section 1812 (MCL 339.1812).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. Section 1812 of the occupational code,

 

1980 PA 299, MCL 339.1812, is repealed.

 

     Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

 

unless House Bill No. 5080 of the 96th Legislature is enacted into

 

law.
