HOUSE BILL No. 5050

November 4, 2015, Introduced by Reps. Pagel, Canfield, Rendon, Lauwers, Bizon, Cole, Hughes, Brett Roberts, Sheppard, Howrylak and Barrett and referred to the Committee on Agriculture.

 

     A bill to repeal 1929 PA 72, entitled

 

"An act to encourage the breeding of horses; to regulate the public

service of stallions; to require the registration of stallions; to

provide for the compilation and publication of statistics relative

to horse breeding; to provide for a lien; to provide penalties for

the violation of this act; and to repeal Act No. 256 of the Public

Acts of 1911, as amended by Act No. 75 of the Public Acts of 1921,"

 

(MCL 287.201 to 287.210).

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Enacting section 1. 1929 PA 72, MCL 287.201 to 287.210, is

 

repealed.

 

     Enacting section 2. This act takes effect 90 days after the

 

date it is enacted into law.
