ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 4570

AN ACT to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled “An act to consolidate prior acts naming certain Michigan highways; to provide for the naming of certain highways; to prescribe certain duties of the state transportation department; and to repeal acts and parts of acts and certain resolutions,” by amending section 32 (MCL 250.1032).

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Sec. 32. (1) Except as otherwise provided in subsection (2), the portion of highway I-69 between the western city limit of the city of Flint and the eastern city limit of the city of Port Huron shall be known as the “Veterans Memorial Highway”.

(2) The portion of highway I-69 between Center Road and Belsay Road in the city of Burton shall be known as the “Bataan and Corregidor Veterans Memorial Highway”.

 

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
