A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled

"Michigan liquor control code of 1998,"

(MCL 436.1101 to 436.2303) by adding section 706.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 706. A vendor or an employee of the vendor that is authorized to sell or serve alcoholic liquor under this act may refuse to sell or serve alcoholic liquor to a customer if the customer discloses to the vendor or employee that the customer is pregnant.
